Your corporate teams spend less time searching, reconciling, and interpreting data. More time selling, serving customers, and moving the business forward.
The answer behind any revenue, operational, or market question is there when the question is asked. Not after a week of data gathering and analysis.
Your distributors get the same AI-powered back office: instant answers, clean dashboards, their data always current. A back office they want to log into is a reason to keep doing business with you.
A live understanding of what is happening across your business, why it is happening,
and where to act next.
“I measure platforms by what they remove. Beacon removed the reporting cycle — anyone in the company gets answers when the question is asked, not a week later. It removed the reconciliation work that was quietly eating hours across every department, not just mine. And it removed the overhead I assumed growth required: our distributors and partners serve themselves on live data, retention is up 18%, and we didn’t add a single person to the back office to support it.”
If any of these sound familiar,
Beacon is right for your organization.
Your business runs on multiple platforms. None of them talk to each other. Pulling the right information from your current back office is painful, cumbersome, and time-consuming.
Somewhere in your company there's a spreadsheet with 14 tabs and nested VLOOKUPs that only a few people understand how to work with. That spreadsheet is your most critical reporting tool.
Ask three departments the same question. Get three different answers. All technically correct. All from different systems.
You hear constant complaints about your back office from distributors, retailers, and B2B customers. They don't have the data they need, and the interface is a mess.
Every part of Beacon is powered by Lizzie, Treel's proprietary conversational AI — not a chatbot bolted onto your stack, but
the intelligence layer that runs your back office.
Beacon connects to your existing data sources and unifies them into one platform. Full integration takes under two months, and multi-tenant architecture keeps every dataset secure and isolated. Your IT involvement is minimal. Your team provisions the on-premise infrastructure and grants API access to your data sources. We handle the rest: configuration, integration, fine-tuning, and ongoing maintenance. You don't rip and replace your systems; Beacon sits on top of them and gives you one place to see everything.
Beacon is read-only by default. It connects to your systems and reads data without modifying anything in your production databases. If you want Beacon to take action on your behalf, that capability can be enabled as a separate module.
Every user in Beacon shapes their own workspace by talking to Lizzie, our conversational AI. No IT tickets. No developer backlog. Dashboards, pages, and widgets, all built through conversation.
But it goes further than interfaces. Users can create working features on demand. Need a tool that tracks a specific workflow, calculates something your business cares about, or combines data in a way no vendor predicted? Ask Lizzie. She builds it. Functionality that used to be a feature request, a roadmap item, and a six-month wait now takes a conversation.
And it stays fully governed. You decide which roles can create, which can customize, and which get a locked, corporate-approved experience. Admins control exactly who can change what. Full flexibility for the people you trust with it. Full control for the company.
Lizzie is accessible across the entire back office. You ask questions in natural language and get answers immediately. Any conversation with Lizzie can be turned into a widget and pinned to a dashboard for ongoing visibility. And yes, if the information changes, the pinned widget updates automatically as well. That's how reporting works in Beacon — you don't build reports, you get immediate answers to your questions. Every answer is current, verified and consistent.
Lizzie doesn't wait for you to ask. She continuously analyzes your data and surfaces patterns, anomalies, and risks on her own. If revenue in a specific segment dropped 12% over the last three weeks, Lizzie flags it before anyone runs a report. You ask the questions you think of. Lizzie catches the ones you didn't.
You can also tell Lizzie what to watch for. "Check every hour if a new order came in from a specific client. Alert me if inventory drops below a threshold." You define the task in plain English. Lizzie runs it on your schedule.
What our clients found with their own AI implementations (Claude, Copilot, ect) as they went deeper was how much manual work was required to maintain, tune, and scale them. That's a significant hidden cost. Beacon scales easily, and fine-tuning is included in the monthly fee.
Your CFO and your warehouse manager should not see the same data. Your external partners should not see internal financials. Claude and Copilot have no practical way to enforce role-based access across dozens or hundreds of users in an enterprise environment. Beacon is designed to be deployed across multiple inside and outside users with proper role-based permissions and controlled data access.
Generic LLMs are confident. They are not always correct. The more complex and data-specific your conversations get, the more often they hallucinate. Beacon runs on Lizzie, which is always backed by a custom Verification Suite built specifically to catch errors before they reach the user. It is a purpose-built AI trained and validated against your actual data. Accuracy is the foundation of Beacon.
Most AI's are reactive. If you don't ask, nothing happens. Lizzie works differently. She continuously monitors your data, tracks patterns, and learns how your organization actually operates. She doesn't wait for a prompt. She surfaces what matters. Anomalies, trends, risks. She suggests dashboards based on what your teams ask most frequently. No other system does this the same way.
Claude gives you a chat window. Copilot gives you a sidebar. Beacon gives you an entire enterprise back office you can reshape through conversation. We are not talking about pinning a widget to a dashboard. We are talking about creating full pages, role and permission based features, and complete workflows by talking to Lizzie. Any user with the right permissions can build their own version of the back office in hours. No code. No IT. No technical knowledge. At the same time, admins can lock specific elements in place, enforce layouts for certain roles, and control exactly what can be changed and by whom. It is fully customizable and fully governed at the same time.
“We built it ourselves, we got the data in —
and still, nobody uses it.”
This is the complaint we hear most from CIOs who come to us for Beacon. The tooling worked. The data was there. But adoption never happened — because tools like Power BI and Copilot are built for analysts, not for end users. The people in finance, legal, operations, and sales open a dense, crowded analytical interface, feel like it wasn't made for them, and quietly go back to asking someone else. All the data they need is right there, and it's still effectively unusable, because they aren't analysts and they aren't IT.
Beacon was built the other way around — for the end user, from the start. Instead of handing everyone an analyst's cockpit, it gives each person a back office shaped to how they actually work, in language they actually use.

Three zones, two hard boundaries.
Every crossing is encrypted, scoped, and logged.
Corporate network & data center — nothing inbound, the connector dials out
Live systems — Beacon never touches them
A copy of the company's reported facts
The company's system of record — resolves each user's scope
Deployed inside the company — credentials verified here, never sent to Treel
Pinned GCP region — every component that touches client data stays in-region
Treel OS never sees or stores credentials — it applies a signed session scoped to role · region · segment, applied to every answer, widget & action
Via the connector when deployed, otherwise direct to approved endpoints
Distributor mobile & corporate web
The company's own login — no new passwords

Between the company network and
Treel OS Cloud
The connector dials out to Treel OS; the read path opens no inbound ports into the company network.
Mutual TLS, VPN tunnel, IP allowlists, and managed certificates on every connection.
Access is limited to the replica — never the production systems.
An allowlist query interface — not raw database access — with every query logged for audit.
Between Treel OS Cloud and
user devices
OAuth2 runs inside the company — Treel never sees or stores user credentials.
Role, region, and segment decide the rows each user sees — at the connector and again in the semantic layer.
Curated widgets, guided AI paths, and refusal rules — not an open sandbox.
Asking the AI differently never reveals data outside a user's approved scope.
Boundaries that hold regardless

Beacon reads reported figures from your systems — it never recalculates earnings, payouts, or incentives.
Every write runs through company-approved APIs with validation and audit.
Distributors get governed experiences, not open access over the business.
If the company hasn't approved a data point, page, or action for an audience, it is not exposed to it.
Beacon reads from your existing warehouses, databases, query engines and streams — no rip and replace.
Chances are we still reach it. Beacon connects to virtually any SQL-based system, and we ship new connectors — SAP and others — all the time. Tell us what you run, and we'll confirm support on a quick call.

and rollout — answered plainly.
No. Beacon is read-only by default. It never connects to your production systems directly. It reads from a replica of your data, and credentials are scoped to that replica only. Writes are only possible if you enable the action module, and even then, every write goes through your own approved APIs with validation and a full audit trail. Beacon never writes directly to a source database.
On your premises by default. Your production systems, your replica, and your identity server all stay inside your network. Specific AI processing runs in a pinned cloud region, encrypted in transit, and every component that touches your data stays in that region. Nothing inbound: the connector dials out from your network. No inbound ports are opened.
No. Sign-in runs through your own company login. Your OAuth2 server stays inside your network, and credentials are verified there. They are never sent to Treel. What Treel receives is a signed session scoped to that user's role, level, and market.
Lizzie never computes figures herself. Every number in every answer is calculated programmatically from your data and inserted into the response. You can trace any value to see exactly how it was derived. On top of that, our Verification Suite breaks every answer into individual claims and checks each one against your actual data before it reaches the user.
No. Role-based permissions are enforced twice: once at the connector and again in the semantic layer. Rank, level, and market decide which rows each user sees. Asking Lizzie a question differently does not reveal data outside a user's approved scope. There is no prompt that bypasses permissions.
They log into the same platform with their own scoped access. They see only what you approve. Corporate can lock their interface, curate their widgets, and define exactly which data points and actions are exposed. Nothing unapproved ever reaches an outside audience.
Full integration takes under two months, with Beacon typically live sooner than that. Your team provisions the on-premise infrastructure and grants API access to your data sources. We handle the rest: configuration, integration, fine-tuning, and ongoing maintenance.
And those weeks are not just technical work. During integration, we sit with your teams, learn what each role actually needs, and build the initial views for them. Your CFO, your ops lead, and your partners each start with a working back office tailored to their job, not a blank screen. We teach your people how to adjust and extend it along the way. When we leave, you have a running solution and the knowledge to reshape it yourselves. Nobody spends their first month building Beacon instead of using it.
No. Beacon sits on top of your existing stack. Your ERP, e-commerce platform, CRM, and finance tools keep running exactly as they do today. Beacon connects to them, unifies the data, and gives your people one place to see and query everything.
A BI dashboard answers the questions someone predicted months ago. A developer builds it, and from that day it shows the same charts to everyone, whether they need them or not. New question? New ticket. New dashboard. More waiting.
Beacon has no fixed set of questions. You ask anything about your business in plain language and get an answer in seconds. Useful answers become widgets. Widgets become pages. Your back office grows out of the questions your people actually ask, not the ones a developer guessed at. And Beacon works on its own: it monitors your data continuously and surfaces anomalies, trends, and risks before anyone thinks to ask. No BI dashboard does that.
Those are general-purpose models. They don't know your business, and connecting them to your data yourself means heavy manual work to maintain, tune, and scale, with no practical way to enforce permissions across hundreds of internal and external users. And when they answer data-specific questions, they compute the figures themselves, confidently, and sometimes wrong.
Beacon is a complete back office built around Lizzie, our proprietary AI, fine-tuned to your business during integration. Every number is computed programmatically, never generated by the model. Every answer passes the Verification Suite before a user sees it. Every user gets role-based access, including outside partners. And it's proactive: it watches your business instead of waiting for a prompt. A general-purpose LLM gives you a chat window. Beacon gives you an operating layer.
No formal training required. Users talk to Lizzie in plain language. They ask questions, get answers, and pin the ones worth keeping as widgets. Building dashboards, pages, and custom views happens through conversation. If your team can ask a question, they can use Beacon.
Your data never stopped being yours. It lives in your systems and your replica, on your infrastructure. Beacon reads it. If you leave, you keep everything you had before Beacon, and your data can be exported in standard formats at any time.
